Goddess Provisions Lucid Dreams Box

Goddess Provisions Lucid Dreams box contents

I used to subscribe to Goddess Provisions and it’s still one of my favorite subscription boxes. It’s always filled with such amazing products for the mind and body and they always have the BEST themes. I had recently been in the market for some magnesium spray to help with getting better sleep and I got an email from Goddess Provisions saying there was a discount on their Lucid Dreaming themed box that just happened to include a magnesium spray. I decided to treat myself to a one-off special box from them since I needed the product anyway. A win-win!

Anyway, I thought I might as well share the contents of this box since I got it. Also even though it was a box from a few months back, it’s still available for purchase here so if you need some help sleeping or are curious to tap into your dreams you can get one too. It’s “packed with tools to help induce lucid dreaming so you can explore the healing potential of your dreamspace.”

Here’s what was included:

Magic of I Dream Journal
Magic of I Dream Journal ($20)

Practicing dream recall can help induce lucid dreaming. Keep this journal by your bed to record symbols, themes, and feelings of your dreams and to uncover powerful insights for your unconscious and the mythical realms.

This is such a pretty journal. I love the concept of dream analyzation and this is the perfect tool to help with that study. Most of the pages are blank for recording dreams as you wake, but sprinkled throughout are pages with quotes about dreams with a design that matches the cover. At the front of the journal are a few pages of instructions for how to use the pages. It has a soft vegan leather cover, an elastic band to keep it closed and a ribbon page marker. It’s the perfect size to keep by the bedside. I hope to put this to use soon to try and make sense of the dreams I remember.

Club Magic Hour Lucid Dreams Tea
Club Magic Hour Lucid Dreams Tea ($8.50)

Dreams allow us to process experiences and emotions from the day. Enjoy a nighttime tea ritual with this organic tulsi tea blend to wind down in preparation for some healing shuteye.

I love herbal tea, especially before bed. Having a soothing cup before bed is part of my nightly ritual. This herbal tea blend sounds so delicious, warm and calming. It’s made with the organic ingredients said to harmonize the body including tulsi, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper, clove, coconut essence and cinnamon essential oil. I’m sure this would be such a treat in the winter months with the warming spices, but I know I’d enjoy it any time of the year. I can’t wait to brew up a cup before bed tonight!

Access Our Eyes Dream Seed Eye Mask
Access Our Eyes Dream Seed Eye Mask ($22)

Block out distractions and doze off to dreamland with this super-soft micro modal mask. The screen-printed design features gold ink infused with selenite crystal to aid in lucid dream states.

I don’t have a sleep mask yet, so this is great. It’s probably a sleep tool I should have had already, but better late than never. This one is a simple, lightweight mask that blocks out all the light and has a pretty geometric design on the front. I love that the ink in the design is infused with crystals to add healing power while you’re wearing it – so cool!

Luna Nectar Nocturne Magnesium Spray
Luna Nectar Nocturne Magnesium Spray ($16.50)

This topical sleep support potion is made with magnesium, aloe vera, lavender and sweet orange essential oils. Spray onto your skin to relax your body and mind before climbing into bed.

This is the product I purchased the whole box for as I figured it would be a good way to try out a smaller bottle of it before purchasing a larger size. I’ve been using this almost nightly since I got it and I think it has improved the amount of times I wake up during the night. Magnesium helps encourage relaxation and promote better sleep. It is better processed in your body when absorbed directly through the skin rather than passing through the digestive system making a this topical spray form a great choice. It easily sprays onto skin, but I’ve found it to be a little watery so needs further rubbing in after spraying on. The scent is super light, yet pleasant. I’m happy I made the box purchase to be able to try out this item!

Dream pillow lavender sachet
Goddess Provisions Dream Pillow ($10)

Tuck this sachet made with organic linen and herbs of lavender and mugwort under your pillow to promote dream recall, vivid visions, prophetic sight and even astral travel while you snooze.

This smells so nice! Very calming and soothing. Lavender has been shown to improve sleep quality and is possibly an aid to increase time spent in deep sleep equaling a more restful night. I love the idea of putting it under your pillow, but I haven’t done that yet. I’m curious if any of the aroma would travel up to my senses or be blocked by the pillow. I’ll for sure have to try it out.

Hammered Moon Quartz
Hammered Moon Quartz ($4)

Program this crown chakra stone with your intention to become conscious while dreaming and place it on your nightstand or under your pillow as you drift off to sleep.

What a cute little stone! Moon quartz’s healing powers include calming the mind and healing the soul. Obviously a calm mind is really helpful for getting a good night’s rest so I can see this being a helpful tool to use with a pre-bedtime meditation. I think it would be great for aligning intentions of restful sleep to. I’ll be adding this one to my nightstand collection!
